Judge Learned Hand Human Relations Award honoring Alan P. Solow

AJC Chicago will present the prestigious Judge Learned Hand Human Relations Award to Alan P. Solow on Monday, November 23, at 6 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton.  Alan Solow is a Partner at DLA Piper US LLP and currently serves as the Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. 

Former Secretary of Defense (1997-2001) and Senator William S. Cohen is the guest speaker. The award will be presented by Lisa Madigan, Illinois Attorney General.

The Learned Hand Award was established in memory of the legendary Judge Learned Hand, Senior Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 1924 to 1951. AJC created the award to recognize the professional accomplishments and civic contributions of a key leader in the legal community.
